Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of terramine.ae and the Terramine customer cabinet (the "Site"), operated by Terramine Heavy Equipment Trading L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Terramine", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the catalog, submit enquiries and, where you create a customer cabinet, track your requests and saved items. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and use the Site only for lawful business purposes related to construction and mining equipment parts, sales, rental or service.
3. Account registration
Certain features, such as the customer cabinet, request history and saved items, require registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Admin access to the staff panel is granted only to authorised Terramine personnel and is not available through public registration.
4. Product information and pricing
Product descriptions, images, brands, compatibility lists and delivery lead times on the Site are provided for guidance and are indicative only. Availability, final pricing and lead times are confirmed by our sales team once a request is reviewed. We reserve the right to correct errors, update the catalog, or decline a request at our discretion.
5. Requests and quotations
Submitting a request through the Site, the request list, WhatsApp or a quick-request form is an enquiry, not a binding order. A sale, rental agreement or service booking is only concluded once Terramine issues a confirmed quotation or invoice and both parties agree on terms, pricing and delivery.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and the Terramine name and mark are the property of Terramine Heavy Equipment Trading L.L.C or its licensors. Manufacturer names, brand names and logos (including Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Volvo CE) referenced on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to describe part and equipment compatibility.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp for direct communication. Terramine is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Terramine is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on indicative pricing or lead times. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our services. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
